About Karen
After years of owning an interior design business and being and avid "weekend warrior" of home renovations with my husband, I entered into the real estate arena in 2004. I've seen the extreme highs and lows of the market since then. I have learned so much and continue to learn with every transaction. Each transaction is different because each seller/buyer has different reasons and motivations for selling or buying a home. I have consistently held a top spot as a multi-million dollar producer throughout my career. I attribute that success to listening and understanding my client's needs. Additionally, I have aligned myself with some of the best business partners in Mortgage, Title, Home Inspection, Contractors, Electricians, Plumbers, Landscapers, Photographers etc....It's a pleasure to work alongside these professionals to combine their talents along with my professional experience and expertise. I have personally bought and sold many properties. Whether the home was new or old, there was always a project to be done. My husband and I were knocking down walls and buying fixer uppers before it was a "thing" on TV. We got into a pattern of buying, fixing, staging and selling. Each house sold quickly and for top dollar. Real Estate, Staging and Design services complement each other. I honed my staging skills and became an Accredited Staging Professional in 2013. I have created a staging options system for my seller clients to implement into their homes. You don't have to spend a ton of money or knock down walls to sell your home. However, it does need to be staged if you want to sell it quickly and for top dollar. My business has been blessed and has grown through the client relationships and friendships that have developed throughout my career. My clients have referred me to their friends and family many times. Knowing I have helped someone achieve a goal or a dream has been a special experience and I am very grateful for the opportunity.
