About Marc
Having watched his parents own and operate a successful business for over 30 years, Marc Siragusa knew he wanted to work for himself at an early age. While Marc was in middle school, his parents built a beach house in Cape Neddick, Maine, that tripled in value and earned consistent rental income. Because of this, Marc learned the immense opportunity to add value as a real estate owner and that owners must manage their real estate like a business.
Eager to join the real estate industry, Marc interned with a successful commercial real estate broker at Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty in New Hampshire, before earning NH and MA real estate licenses and graduating from the University of New Hampshire. Contributing to one of Berkshire Hathaway’s leading commercial real estate brokerage teams in the nation, Marc represented investors, landlords, tenants, and developers while also helping buyers and sellers on Pawtuckaway Lake in New Hampshire.
In 2017, Marc briefly left brokerage to join JP Morgan’s Alternatives group, one of the nation's leaders in real estate asset management. There he helped manage super regional malls, grocery anchored centers, and mixed use developments with an aggregate value of over $3.9 billion across the country. This experience helped him better understand how to serve his clients and how to help them manage investments.
When he’s not talking real estate, Marc enjoys reading about business and wellness/nutrition in addition to cooking new plant-based recipes. He’s an avid Boston sports fan, spends his summers with family at Lake Winnipesaukee, and loves traveling to Central and South America. He has previously volunteered with Make-A-Wish and other nonprofit organizations in the area and is consistently looking for ways to give back to the community.
