About Anna

As a New England native, immersed in the real estate world from a young age, Anna Mantica, Chief Technology Officer, understands the unique New England market and strives to provide the support needed for a seamless transaction at both a company and agent level. After graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Anna joined the Verani Realty team in 1998. In that time, she has played a massive role in building the infrastructure and systems that are in place today.

Currently, she is responsible for monitoring all of the networks and systems throughout the company, operating an agent and staff helpdesk, as well as troubleshooting technical challenges agents may encounter throughout the sales process. Anna believes that it is her job to help the sales associates at Verani Realty work with buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals by providing the best systems and support in the real estate industry.

Outside of real estate, Anna enjoys spending weekends on her pontoon boat on lake Winnipesaukee with friends and family. She is also an avid fan of local breweries and you will often find her and her husband, Dean, at their favorite brewery Rockingham Brewing Company in Derry, NH.
