About Melissa
Melissa is a New Hampshire–licensed real estate professional with a deep understanding of the state and the communities that make it unique. Originally from Maine, she has always had a strong connection to New England. Since relocating to New Hampshire in 2012, Melissa has built both her life and career across multiple regions of the state.
Her interest in real estate started early—growing up, her parents would often take the “long way home,” exploring neighborhoods, admiring homes, and playfully imagining which ones they would choose. That curiosity stayed with her. To this day, Melissa often takes alternate routes to better understand different areas, discover new neighborhoods, and stay closely connected to the evolving local market.
Melissa offers valuable insight into a wide range of communities, having lived along the Seacoast, as well as in Southern New Hampshire where she has resided since 2013, giving her a strong pulse on the area’s growth, neighborhoods, and housing trends. While her primary service area includes the greater Manchester and Londonderry area, she proudly assists buyers and sellers throughout all of New Hampshire.
She is committed to staying active in the market and continuously expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients. She enjoys exploring even more of New Hampshire’s towns, discovering hidden gems and deepening her appreciation for the state’s diverse communities.
Outside of real estate, Melissa is passionate about animal rescue. She has fostered many animals over the years, regularly supports rescue organizations, and is a proud pet parent to both a rescue dog and a rescue cat. This compassion and dedication carry over into her work, where she is committed to helping people find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
