Experience and Results
Steve White is a residential real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty who has helped buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Southern New Hampshire, the Seacoast, and the Lakes Region since 1994. During his career, Steve has successfully closed more than 500 real estate transactions totaling over $120 million in sales volume.
In 2001, Steve founded The New Hampshire Real Estate Team, building a reputation for market knowledge, client advocacy, and professional leadership. His experience spans waterfront properties, residential homes, land sales, investment properties, and helping first-time homebuyers navigate the purchasing process with confidence.
Industry Leadership and Recognition
Steve's professional accomplishments have earned recognition at both the state and national levels. He received the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman's Gold Award, placing him among the top 2% of agents nationwide. In 2006, he was recognized by The Wall Street Journal for his real estate achievements. In 2013, Steve was honored as New Hampshire REALTOR® of the Year, one of the state's highest professional distinctions.
Beyond his sales production, Steve has been deeply involved in advancing the real estate profession. He served as President of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS® in 2020 and has held leadership roles with the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®.

Having lived in Nottingham, New Hampshire since 1978, Steve brings decades of firsthand local knowledge to every client relationship. His understanding of Southern New Hampshire communities, waterfront markets, rural properties, and investment opportunities allows clients to make informed real estate decisions.
