About Gail
Currently Gail manages the New Homes Division. Gail brings 34 years of real estate experience from sales, management, general contracting, and land development. She found her niche in New Homes when she had the opportunity to be the general contractor on her own home in 1985; 7 of her own homes and a 21 lot subdivision in her home town convinced Gail to stay with what she loves. Gail's has been a sales manager in the Nashua, NH marketplace and in Windham NH as well as a Team Leader selling New Condos at Glen Abbey in Nashua, NH. Gail has the vision and persistance to see a vacant piece of land become a thriving community and to manage and oversee all the details to make each person's new home become a reality. Gail maintains high energy and enthusiam through her work/life balance approach. She understands the importance of down time and spending time with her daughter. Gail can be found watching her daughter play softball and tries hard not to miss any of these important games. As a lifelong NH resident, Gail resides in Pelham and lives across the street from her parents and a few houses down from her brother and sister's family. She understands how lucky she is to have such an amazing support system and closeness with her family. Gail's interests and passions outside of work are in the alternative healing modalities. She has been a Reiki practioner since 1991 and is certified in ReConnection and Yuen Energetics. She also practices Yoga and mediation and truly believes we create our own reality. On down time you will find Gail enjoying a great glass of wine with her neighborhood friends, hanging with her daughter, gardening, traveling, reading, and always looking for the next great Subdivision!
